Who we are

We are a small, hands-on team based at Kotapolur, near Sullurupeta. We started GK's Infra Projects with a single goal: make plot buying in our region straightforward for local families, salaried buyers from Chennai and Sri City, and NRIs who cannot be here in person.

Adithya Venture is our first venture — clearly demarcated open plots with 30 ft and 40 ft internal roads, tree-lined avenues and easy access to Sullurupeta town, NH-16 and the Sri City / Sriharikota growth corridor. It is the only project we are offering right now, and every plot is handled by our own team rather than a chain of brokers.

How we work

You visit the site with us, walk the plot boundaries, and review the layout approval, parent documents and encumbrance certificate at our site office before committing anything. We give honest pricing context, encourage independent legal verification, and support you through registration and after.

For buyers abroad, we arrange video walkthroughs of the plot you are considering and coordinate documentation end to end.
